Once you’ve placed your order, our goal is to get your order out the door within 1-3 business days (with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays).
All of our products are shipped with USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Generally, domestic orders are received 1-4 days after receiving your tracking number.
We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.
All international packages are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. We cannot suggest a delivery time as it varies from country to country. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned by USPS.
All merchandise—with the exception of surfboards —may be returned within 30 days.
When making a return in-store, please bring your order number and the items you wish to return. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
For returns by mail, we recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method for return shipments. Please mail your return to the following address:

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Almond Surfboards is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
When making an exchange in-store, please bring your order number and the items you wish to exchange. We accept exchanges in store within 30 days of your purchase.
If you are making an exchange by mail, please provide us with the exchange information, and include it in your shipment.
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for reshipment of the item to you.
If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.
Most returns will process in approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date.
Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.
